NS Hydraulic HVI is a high viscosity index anti-wear hydraulic oil series for systems that must operate across a wide temperature range. Shear-stable viscosity index improvers and highly refined base oils hold viscosity steady from cold start to full-load running, so pumps prime quickly in winter and retain film thickness at high oil temperatures. A stabilized zinc anti-wear system with rust, oxidation and foam inhibitors protects vane, gear and axial piston pumps in high-pressure service.
Recommended for high-pressure hydraulic systems exposed to wide ambient or operating temperature swings: mobile and construction equipment, deck machinery and marine hydraulics, outdoor plant, injection moulding and precision machine tools. Also suitable for hydrostatic transmissions, servo and proportional valve circuits and circulating systems specifying an ISO HV fluid. Also meets ASTM D6158 HV, Eaton E-FDGN-TB002-E, Bosch Rexroth RDE 90245 and Fives Cincinnati P-68 / P-70 / P-69.
