NS Grease EP Li 2 is a multi-purpose extreme-pressure grease based on a lithium 12-hydroxystearate soap thickener and a blend of high viscosity index mineral base oils of ISO VG 220. Extreme-pressure and anti-wear additives protect heavily loaded and shock-loaded bearings, while oxidation and corrosion inhibitors give long service life and reliable protection in wet conditions. It is the general-purpose grease for the majority of industrial and vehicle lubrication points, where one product covers bearings, hinges and sliding surfaces.
Recommended for plain and rolling element bearings, hinges, pins, pivots and sliding surfaces across industrial and transport service: electric motors, pumps, fans, conveyors, machine tools, compressors, grease-lubricated couplings, chassis points and wheel bearings. Suitable for manual application, grease guns and centralised systems. Compatible with lithium, lithium complex and calcium soap greases; not compatible with barium, clay or polyurea thickened products. For continuous service above 120°C, select a lithium complex grease such as NS Grease EP Li 2X.
